While most guys get slow results with bodyweight training and plateau quickly…

We get results way faster and get to a good level without any weights, by using a Dropset Training Method that has the perfect ratio of intensity and volume.


Step 1: Strength Training


The first few sets of the session are based on pushing our body with high-intensity exercises while we’re still fresh. 

But how do we continually push and challenge our bodies without using weights?

Simple - we use progression exercises.


This is important because as you probably know, you can’t get huge by doing 2000 push ups - you need to increase the resistance to keep giving your muscles a challenge beyond “cardio” and “endurance training”


Step 2: Hypertrophy Training


Now of course, volume is also important… which is why nobody goes to the gym to do 1 rep of the heaviest weight they can handle, and then goes home. 

In fact, bodybuilders tend to do a lot more volume than powerlifters for example (who are focused on pure strength) - because volume is crucial for optimal muscle growth. 

So in the last few sets, we do easier exercises with higher volume to get a better stimulus for muscle growth.


Step 3: Chill Out

Remember that your muscles grow and get stronger when you rest and recover - not when you train. 

So after you do these workouts, you can just relax, eat, sleep, and let the gains take care of themselves.
